The Star cluster known as ‘The Pleiades’ or ‘The Seven Sisters’ has a special place in human culture, significantly the number seven has many strong connections within the natural and spiritual worlds. With this in mind the instrumentation and arrangement is intended to take the listener on an ‘inner’ journey, it is centred around an ever changing pattern of seven notes, building from a gentle intro in to a strong joyful conclusion.
